| RP Otsuka done for the year: Former Rangers reliever Akinori Otsuka had elbow surgery that will reportedly keep him out for the 2008 season, according to the Fort Worth Star Telegram. "I have come to this decision after much worry and consideration. I will work hard in rehab so I can definitely make a comeback to the mound," he said on his blog earlier this month.
