| Callaspo's fortunes turning in May: Angels third baseman Alberto Callaspo produced a season-high three hits Wednesday against the White Sox. It was his sixth multi-hit game in May. Callaspo is batting .366 (15 for 41) in his last 11 games, raising his average from .170 to .261 in that span. He has one homer and seven RBI in his last 11 games as well. (Updated 05/17/2012) |

| Callaspo's playing time was dwindling in April because of his offensive shortcomings. However, he's played his way back into the lineup because he's hitting. He has started the last 10 of 11 games at third base for Los Angeles. Callaspo isn't putting up monster offensive numbers, but he's worth using in AL-only Fantasy formats while he's making consistent contact. (Updated 05/17/2012). |
