| Howard hit .296 with 70 RBI for Double-A Chatanooga last season and led the Arizona Fall League with a .409 batting average. Himes had a combined .300 batting average for Class-A Sarasota and Dayton. Howard might have a chance to impact the Yankees in the second half as insurance for starter Robinson Cano, but his value is limited to deeper long-term keeper and AL-only leagues. Himes doesn't project to be a big-leaguer in the next two seasons at this point. (Updated 12/08/2005). |
