Jays sign five of their pitchers: The Blue Jays avoided salary arbitration with all five of their eligible players Tuesday, agreeing to one-year deals with Jason Frasor ($2.65 million), Brian Tallet ($2 million), Jeremy Accardo ($1.08 million), Shawn Camp ($1.15 million) and Casey Janssen ($700,000).

Fantasy Analysis
Frasor has by far the most value of this group, taking over as the closer late last year and saving 11 games. He's the favorite for the role going into 2010, but since he's no sure bet and pitches for a non-contender, he's just a No. 3 Fantasy RP. Tallet got to start a few games last year, but even if he returns to the rotation this year, he'll be just a space filler until the organization's top prospects are ready. Accardo, Camp and Janssen are low-end middle relievers better left for deeper Fantasy leagues.
