| Cameron's next stop is D.C.: Free agent OF Mike Cameron reached an agreement to sign a minor league deal with the Nationals on Monday. Cameron split the 2011 season with Boston and Florida, hitting .203 with nine home runs in 237 at-bats. | Cameron endured a miserable 33-game stint with the Red Sox last season before moving on to the Marlins and enjoying a little more success. Because he still has some power, even in part-time play, Cameron could have some value in deeper NL-only leagues. (Updated 12/19/2011). |
