PHOENIX -- Authorities say former Arizona Diamondbacks first baseman and television analyst Mark Grace has been indicted on four felony counts of driving under the influence.

The Maricopa County Attorney's Office said Thursday that Grace could possibly face up to 3.75 years in prison if he's convicted. His next scheduled court appearance is Dec. 5.

The 48-year-old Grace was arrested Aug. 23 by Scottsdale police. They say his blood-alcohol level was .095 percent, above the state's legal limit of .08.

Police say Grace also was allegedly driving on a suspended license and didn't have the required interlock device installed in his vehicle stemming from a May 2011 DUI charge.

Grace took a leave of absence after his second arrest and the Diamondbacks recently replaced him in the broadcast booth after nine seasons.
