From The Sports Xchange: OF Carlos Gonzalez, who was back in the lineup after a day off against Diamondbacks ace RHP Dan Haren on Sunday, went 0-for-2 with a walk Monday night. He is hitless in his past 14 at-bats with six strikeouts and has four hits in his last 28 at-bats with 12 strikeouts. "He has lost some of his strike-zone discipline," manager Jim Tracy said. "He has to go back to using the big part of the field. He's trying to hit the ball too hard and too far. He's been very pull-oriented."
