How about the Dbacks bullpen?!

Tonight marks one of the most embarrassing losses in Diamondbacks history.  We are all worried about Petit, and he didn't do half as bad as I thought!   Maybe tomorrow Josh Byrnes will make another stupid a$$ move to give us some washed up pitcher to "try" and make things

Finally.  It took them coming back in the eighth and then scraping by with an as of late typical Chad Qualls outing, but they got it done.  I wonder if the Yankees are still interested in Qualls.  Maybe he's just not comfortable being the closer.

Ok so Tony Pena is gone. I've always liked him myself but every year found myself waiting for his results to match his stuff. Never happened. I dont mind this trade at this point. Were getting back a good prospect in Brandon Allen , whom I had not heard of untill this morning, for a reliever with great stuff but only good result ...(more)

The Diamondback have won four games in a row. Can they make it Five? That would mark the longest winning streak of the year for this team who has , in my opinion , underachieved. We'll see what happens. I was one of the posters who, a month ago or more, was calling for a 10-12 game winning streak to get them back in the wild card race. I no longer think this team can run off 10 in a row specifical ...(more)

Doug Slaten will make his return to Chase Field tonight in an attempt to help push the Diamondbacks to a 5th straight win. When asked why Slaten, GM Josh Byrnes replied, "My grandmother was available."

Hopefully there is someone in the D'Backs. minor

The Diamondbacks have two All Stars already and if justice prevails they should have three.  A team that has the second to worst record in baseball should not have three All Stars.  That should tell us something.  This team shouldn't be as bad as they are playing, and next year they will be better.

Mark's remarks on that Friday night showed all of us that he wants this team to be as successful as we want them to be.  He showed us that he cared and if anything was a sure thing of working hard t is Mark.  So we need to rally around this guy and send him to the all-star game.  For every Diamondback fan or Reynolds fan that reads this just take 5 minutes of your time and vote for ...(more)

You guys got a guy who is going to be a player in Brandon Allen. He was our top 1B prospect and one of our top prospects overall. Dude absolutely mashed in the minors this season, and was a canidate to get calleld up at some point. He should be called up now for you guys.

Latest on Brandon Webb and his shoulder is that he will not be going the surgery route. He hopes he can pitch in a few games in Sptember if his rehab goes well. Plans call for no throwing for 4 to 6 more weeks while he does light exercising to build up shoulder.
