MEDICAL WATCH:

--SS Hanley Ramirez (lower back stiffness) left the May 29 game, and he didn't play May 30. He was also experiencing a tingling sensation in his upper left leg. If his condition doesn't improve, he'll have an MRI.

--OF Scott Cousins (sore right ankle) didn't play May 30. He is day-to-day.

--RHP Josh Johnson (bruised right forearm) went on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to May 17. He played catch May 25 and May 26, but as of May 30, he wasn't sure when he'd be ready to throw a bullpen session.

--INF Donnie Murphy (right wrist inflammation) went on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to April 30. He was fielding and throwing as of May 18 but was not yet swinging a bat. He was transferred to the 60-day DL on May 21.

--C John Baker (Tommy John surgery in September 2010) went on the 60-day disabled list March 30. He was playing in extended spring training games in late April and early May. He began a minor league rehab assignment in mid-May.
