Interesting game tonight, but the Yankees were able to come up with a huge road victory and get up 2-1 with Sabathia going later tonight against Joe Blanton.
For the Phillies, everyone was telling me tha

Yankee Free Agents:
Hideki MatsuiJohnny DamonAndy PettitteXavier NadyEric HinskeJerry HairstonChien Ming WangJose Molina
Personally, I think that the Yankees should resign Damon, Matsui, Wang, Pettitte, and Nady. Damon should be brought back as the starting left fielder on a 1 year contract with an option. I would say

Dear Yankee Fans: While the season is still very fresh in our minds, let us throw around possible winter deals. 1. Our club was quite offensively minded thru the regular season, with both Damon and Matsui coming up big in the World Series. I say resign them for 2 years. Matsui is an ideal D.H. with power and Damon is a very sa

Dear Yankee Fans: Just attended a party in which I crossed paths with a past M.L.B. player who has been out of the game about 3 years. There is some " Hot Stove " talk that the Japanese Majors may offer Matsui a prolonged deal that can never be matched here in the U.S., since he can only play primarily at the D.H. position. He i

This is the best title since the one in 96. Nine years since the Bronx Bombers were at the top, and boy is it sweet! The monkey is off the back for A-Rod, the Core Four get number 5, Girardi starts what may be a long run of success and hopefully championships in NY, and Matsui enters Yankees lore. Rivera of course is as godlike as ever, and

We aguire a 6'2" 226 lb twenty-seven year old righthanded hitting CF/RF with four years of MLB experience and a career BA of .299, 85 SB's and 61 HR's who just so happens to be a Sooner.

So, the Yankees' biggest needs going into the offseason is some starting pitching. Do you bring back Andy Pettitte? Will Chein-Ming Wang come back 100%? Will they go for John Lackey? What about Joba and Hug

This team just refuses to give up and truly believes that they can always come back to win the game. It has been a long time that I've seen any Yankees team like this with a never say die attitude. Even again with C.C. not at his best tonight he battled and kept the Yankees in the game. Marte has been lights out against lefty batters, Joba

I'm not thrilled that it happened and am not a fan of spending 423 million in a month, but the Yankees deserve credit for putting together a championship team and playing like champions. They were MLB's best regular season and post-season team. Beating quality teams like The Twins,

Ok here it is the eve of Game 6. The Yankees have to take care of business on the Field, that is a given. But where do the yankees go win or lose the Series. We have questions that need to be examined...
Damon, Matsui are free agents, Nady is coming back from a second Tommy John surgery and a FA. Melky is

I would be extremely upset if the Yankees traded Robinson Cano. This would be a slap in the face to all the purist Yankee fans and all it would do is fuel the haters out there that say that we don't have any home grown Yankees. Why would you want to bail on a guy that i
