Bartolo Colon's trade market still isn't what it should be

Bartolo Colon's $11 million salary for 2015 doesn't seem so bad. But apparently teams don't view it very positively.

Though Colon is 10-8 with a 3.88 ERA this season, numbers worthy of a nine-figure salaray, his market apparently isn't what anyone (the Mets included) expected it to be.

As of late Wednesday morning, there seemed to be little chance for a deal before Thursday 4 p.m. ET non-waiver trade deadline.

And actually, the Mets' chances for any significant deal are hampered by the fact they are still caught between buyer and seller.
