Bears' J'Marcus Webb arrested on drug charges in southwestern Illinois

Chicago Bears tackle J'Marcus Webb was arrested Sunday in Pulaski County, Illinois on drug charges.

KFVS is reporting that Webb is being charged with possession of a controlled substance, cannabis, and paraphernalia. He was released Monday after paying $500 of his $5,000 bond.

The Bears released a statement Wednesday. "We are aware of the recent arrest of J'Marcus Webb in Pulaski County, Illinois. We are currently gathering information to learn more about the circumstances surrounding the arrest."

Webb started all 16 games in 2012, his third year with the Bears.
