Kaman named to replace Roy in All-Star game: Los Angeles Clippers center Chris Kaman will replace the Trail Blazers' Brandon Roy in this weekend's All-Star game. Roy injured his right hamstring last month. Roy, in his fourth season with the Blazers, made the All-Star team as a reserve for the third straight season. CBSSports.com wire

Hornets' Paul set for knee surgery; Billups takes All-Star spot: The NBA announced that Chris Paul was replaced on the Western Conference roster by Denver's Chauncey Billups for the All-Star Game on Feb. 14 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Paul hurt the knee Jan. 27 against Golden State, then aggravated the injury when he collided with a camera while chasing an errant pass. CBSSports.com wire

Warriors' Morrow replaces Bulls' Rose in Rookie Challenge: Derrick Rose has been excused from the Rookie Challenge at All-Star weekend and will be replaced by Golden State's Anthony Morrow.
