Game 1 Video: Spurs' Manu Ginobili nails the fadeaway buzzer-beater at end of 1st quarter

Manu Ginobili has been in somewhat of a shooting slump in these playoffs. Everyone's been waiting for him to break out. Ginobili lit up the Thunder in the first half of Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, including this one at the end of the first quarter.
