With the shot clock running down late in Game 7, LeBron isolated on Brandon Bass. He was cut off from the paint, dribbled out, looked at the clock and let a deep 3 from about 35 feet fly.

Bang.

At the time of the shot, the Heat led by a slim four-point margin. LeBron's 3 made it seven, and opened up the game late for Miami. So maybe it wasn't a game-winner or in the final minute, but LeBron's 3 essentially sent the Heat to the NBA Finals.
