Video: Raptors' Amir Johnson scores 4 points in 6 seconds to force OT

By Matt Moore | NBA writer

The Raptors were out of options. They were out of time, out of points, out of options. Down four with 8 seconds to go, they managed to get a score by Amir Johnson off an offensive rebound. All the Pacers had to do was inbound, hit free throws, and end it.

Whoops.

What is David West thinking on the inbounds? There's more than enough time for something like this to happen. Johnson even gets the offensive rebound. Never lob to halfcourt on an inbounds in an NBA game. Guys are too fast.

Like Rudy Gay, whose effort here should truly be commended. He simply gave the extra effort to steal the ball, and then gave it up, and Johnson, who is a Raptors fan favorite, just makes things happen. No one boxes out, and the Pacers blow a game they needed. Gay would later can the game-winner for a 100-98 victory. Huge win for the Raptors, terrible loss for the Pacers.
