Manu Ginobili to start Game 5 for the Spurs

SAN ANTONIO -- You wanted an adjustment? You got an adjustment.

Manu Ginobili will start Game 5 for the Spurs in place of Danny Green. The team announced the move just about 30 minutes before tipoff.

Speculation was growing that a move might be coming as the Spurs dropped Games 3 and 4 in Oklahoma City as Green struggled.

Ginobili obviously adds an extra scoring punch to the San Antonio starting five as well as forcing the Thunder to make a decision. OKC had seen success with Thabo Sefolosha guarding Tony Parker the last two games, but now the Thunder will have to either leave Sefolosha on Parker and have Russell Westbrook check Ginobili, or go back to the matchups used in Games 1 and 2.

The series is tied 2-2. Ginobili is averaging 13.1 points, 3.0 assists and 3.0 rebounds a game this series.
