As the Grizzlies knocked off the defending Western Champs Thunder Wednesday night, there was the usual amount of dislike between the two teams. Specifically, there's Kendrick Perkins who doesn't like anybody except his momma, and Zach Randolph, whose not a lighthearted fellow either.
As Powerman 5000 once said, this is what it's like when worlds collide. Heads up, explicit language in this video as Zach Randolph makes Perkins a special kind of promise after the first free throw.
Yeah, that's definitely Zach Randolph telling Perkins he will do something to his backside. Charming. After the game, the Associated Press had this quote from Randolph about the incident:
"There's a lot of bluffing going on on the court, that's all," Randolph said. "And I don't bluff."
How much would you pay to watch these two fight? Because it would be a lot for me.
My favorite part of that is Marc Gasol trying to make peacemaker and almost getting tossed as collateral damage by Kenny Mauer.
