Matt Moore joins me for today's podcast so we can talk about The Decision 2012. No, this doesn't have anything to do with LeBron James. Actually, it was a decision made against the Heat so it kind of does have something to do with LeBron. We're talking about Spurs coach Gregg Popovich sending Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Danny Green home to rest instead of playing them in a nationally-televised TNT game.
Was this the right move? Is the outrage over it justified or are people being entitled? Also, was David Stern coming out and making the statements he made secretly a genius ploy to drum up even more interest over the fiasco? We gave ourselves seven minutes to talk about it.
After that discussion, we transition to Nuggets-Warriors and talk about the insane finish to a really fun game. Kenneth Faried didn't slow down David Lee at all but he did manage to wow us with play after play. How good are the Warriors right now and moving forward? Also, what is Denver's problem at the end of close games?
