TeamGradeAnalysis
A+Another streak comes to Chicago and ends at the United Center. After ending the Miami Heat's 27-game winning streak a couple weeks ago, the Bulls ended the New York Knicks' 13-gamer on Thursday night. Nate Robinson had 35 points on 18 shots off the bench and put on every single belt that Steve Novak owns.
AWith the road victory in Oakland, the Thunder now have sole possession of the top seed in the Western Conference by a half game over the San Antonio Spurs. Durant's effort of 31 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists just obliterated the Warriors.
BThough the Knicks lost this overtime thriller, you have to give them a lot of credit for being able to play the way they did. Both teams were banged up, but the Knicks didn't have a single big man available. Chris Copeland played center. J.R. Smith and Carmelo Anthony had a lot of points but needed a lot of shots to get them.
C+Warriors needed this home win to keep the Houston Rockets away from the sixth seed. Instead, Houston is now just a half game out of avoiding the Spurs or Oklahoma City. They're typically a pretty decent defense but couldn't do much to stop Kevin Durant and Serge Ibaka.
