VIDEO: Shane Battier inadvertently kicks Roy Hibbert in the groin

By Royce Young | NBA writer

The drawbacks to being 7 feet 2.

In the first quarter of Game 1, Shane Battier (shockingly) put the ball on the floor to attack the rim. Roy Hibbert was waiting, and as Battier elevated he sort of extended his knee, which caught Hibbert in the Hibberts.

A standard-sized center and that's a blow to the stomach. For Hibbert, it's the unpleasant area.

Battier was called for an offensive foul on the play. Offensive, in more ways than one.
