Eye on Basketball Podcast: Game 6 was awesome

By Zach Harper | NBA writer

Game 6 of the 2013 NBA Finals was awesome. Let's do it again! I'm joined by Matt Moore, who was there to witness Game 6 in person in Miami and did not leave early like some of the fans. Where do we even begin to discuss how incredible that game was? From Tim Duncan's incredible first-half performance to LeBron James and Dwyane Wade taking over to huge shots by Tony Parker to big shots by LeBron James and Ray Allen to save the Heat's season, Game 6 had everything you could want in a basketball game.

What was our favorite moment? Was it LeBron's block on Tim Duncan and score on the other end of the floor? Was it Tony Parker's perfect step-back 3-point shot? Was it Ray Allen's huge corner 3 after Chris Bosh's rebound? This game was so good and should go down as one of the greatest games in Finals history. There isn't any real plan for this podcast. We just rambled about our thoughts on what happened, what it means, and why it validates the sport of basketball.

We discuss all of this, plus body spray gone wrong, Mario Chalmers' unwavering confidence, and more.
