Eye on Basketball Podcast: 2013 NBA Draft is upon us

By Zach Harper | NBA writer

After doing a mock draft of the lottery picks on Wednesday's episode, Matt Moore joins me to finish out the first round and discuss the prospects in this year's draft. We had Nerlens Noel going with the first pick, C.J. McCollum falling out of the top 10 for some odd reason, and nobody wanting to take big men like Alex Len and Steven Adams. On this episode, we go through picks 15-30 and watch more players get taken out of order.

Where do big men like Steven Adams, Gorgui Dieng and Mason Plumlee fall? Is Rudy Gobert or Lucas Nogueira the better international prospect at center? Will Reggie Bullock or Allen Crabbe be the better "3-and-D" player from this year's first round? Why won't either of us select Shane Larkin to be a point guard in the NBA? And is it possible we found a way to get Tim Hardaway Jr. out of the first round?

We discuss all of this, plus Dwight Howard's free agency and why Matt and Cleveland fans don't get along right now.
