Derrick Rose fully practices, expected back Wednesday

By Matt Moore | NBA writer

After missing Saturday's exhibition in Rio, Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose was back to full strength, the Chicago Tribune reported from the team's practice.

Rose told reporters that he could have played, but management shut him down. We discussed how management is being aggressively cautious on Sunday. (Leave it to Bulls management to be "aggressively cautious.")

So how long is the subject going to be a nervous one? Well, for a while. Every time Rose has knee soreness, or misses practice or a game, there will be some baited breath in the Windy City and elsewhere for a bit. In time, without further injury, this will fade. But it's going to take a little while for things to get back to normal.
