Eye on Basketball Podcast: Shots, shots, shots, shots, shots

By Zach Harper | NBA writer

We had a big night in the NBA on Monday and boy are Rudy Gay's arms tired. Matt Moore joins me today to go over the incredible shooting performance by the Toronto Raptors against the Houston Rockets Monday night. How did Rudy Gay take so many shots? How did the Raptors have so few assists? What was going on with the NBA on such a weird night of basketball?

Kevin Love of the Minnesota Timberwolves is going to be a free agent in 2015. He is currently a really good basketball player. Some would even say he's a great basketball player. When he is a free agent, he's going to draw interest from teams looking to acquire really good/great players. Is it news that teams will want to sign Love when he becomes available? Would he go to the Knicks over the Lakers? Can he re-sign with the Timberwolves? Do they have a good enough team?

We discuss all of this, plus the idea of getting an extra foul, NBA draft prospects showcasing Tuesday night, and preview tonight's games.
