Picks against the spread analysis for Monday, November 18th.
Weekend results: Do a little dance. Make a couple picks. Get down tonight.

LOCK IT UP
Three things in play here: 1. Team on a West-Coast back-to-back. 2. Team that has struggled historically in LA. 3. Clippers red hot at home. (Only 3-2 as home favorite, though.) Can Memphis score enough to keep this within eight? Their offense struggles on good days. Even against the Clippers' horrific defense, you wonder if Memphis can keep up. Gotta like the Clips to cover, giving eight here.
DANGER WILL ROBINSON, DANGER
Again, Vegas seems really insistent that this Bobcats team, which is playing really well right now, isn't good at all. Giving 11.5 for a team that struggles to score in Chicago? Just based on possession data, I don't like this line. However, the Bulls are red hot right now and could obliterate the Bobcats if they put the pedal to the floor. Just don't like it for a double-digit line.
Hey, Good Lookin'
Blazers are on an East-Coast back-to-back. This should be easy pickings for the Nets. But the Nets are a hot mess right now, and I'm fading them until they show they can win back-to-back games. They've just been too dreadful and the Blazers have been too good. I don't feel like this one's a lock, but it's pretty sexy.
The Warriors are good. The Jazz are awful. The line is single-digits. This isn't rocket science.
I've Got a Bad Feeling About This
Dallas is good, but are they 12-points-better good against a scrappy Sixers team? Philly is 2-2 against the spread as a road underdog. They can get the doors blown off, and the Mavericks have the guns to do it, but it's a 50/50 prop whether that happens or the Sixers do their hanging-around thing.
