Stephen Curry out vs. Lakers with concussion Friday

By Matt Moore | NBA writer

Stephen Curry, still dealing with the effects of a concussion suffered earlier this week, will not play vs. the Lakers for the Warriors Friday night. Curry was injured when the Jazz' Marvin Williams landed on top of his head during a scramble for the ball, pressing his head into the floor.

He missed one game this week and was a gametime decision but did not pass the required tests mandated by the league. With Curry out and Toney Douglas also injured, Andre Iguodala will start at point guard for Golden State.
