Spurs' Tony Parker (shin) out two games

By Royce Young | NBA writer

The Spurs will be without Tony Parker for a couple games as he recovers from a shin bruise, the team announced Tuesday.

Parker will miss the Spurs' next two games, at the Suns on Wednesday and at the Warriors on Thursday.

Parker suffered the injury in the second half of Monday's Spurs-Clippers game. He's set to be re-evaluated when the team returns back to San Antonio and his status for Saturday's game against Thunder will then be determined.

Parker, 31, is averaging 17.5 points and 6.0 assists in 23 games this season.
