Allen is putting the shoe up for auction on eBay, with his signature, for charity.
The money raised from the shoe will go to Youth Villages, which via PBT, is a Memphis area charity “dedicated to helping emotionally and behaviorally troubled children and their families live successfully.”
There are currently 47 bids on the shoe and it's at $5,400. The money from it will go towards buying presents for kids involved in the Youth Villages program. And not just that, but all money raised -- up to $10,000 -- will be matched by Allen.
I'm glad that the shoe will be creating something special for kids in Memphis," Allen said. "Everyone deserves to have a Christmas to remember. I'm glad I can be a part of their memories."
