VIDEO: Al Horford leaves game with apparent shoulder injury

By Royce Young | NBA writer

The Hawks are holding their breath as Al Horford left Thursday's game in the first overtime of Atlanta's 127-125 double-OT win over the Cavaliers with a shoulder injury.

Horford, who suffered a pectoral tear a couple seasons ago, exited the game immediately after extending his arms trying to make a steal. He hunched over holding his right shoulder and headed for the locker room.

Updates when available.
