About halfway through the third quarter of the Los Angeles Clippers' 119-112 victory over the Dallas Mavericks, Chris Paul landed on his shoulder after being fouled on a drive to the basket. He would leave the game and didn't return to action. After the game, he was seen with his right shoulder in a sling.
Clippers coach Doc Rivers announced Paul suffered a separated shoulder is likely out three-to-five weeks because of the injury.

This is a pretty big blow to a Clippers team that just won its seventh game out of the last 10 contests to improve to 23-12 on the season. Darren Collison will have to play like he did against the Mavericks with 20 points in the game.
