Knicks' Tyson Chandler (upper respiratory infection) out Monday

By Zach Harper | NBA writer

The New York Knicks can't seem to get entirely healthy even as they attempt to extend their four-game winning streak Monday night against the Phoenix Suns. Tyson Chandler is out for his four straight game and will have only played four minutes on the court in the team's last five games.

An upper respiratory infection is still keeping Chandler out of action, according to the team before Monday night's game. Mike Woodson said he may play tomorrow when the team faces the Bobcats in Charlotte.

The Knicks are currently 14-22 on the season. Despite that poor record, they're only a half game behind the Brooklyn Nets for the 8-seed in the Eastern Conference. New York is 9-14 without Chandler this season but have won five of their past seven games in which he hasn't been able to play.
