VIDEO: Bobcats' Kemba Walker suffers ankle injury

By Zach Harper | NBA writer

During the third quarter of the Charlotte Bobcats' game against the Miami Heat, Kemba Walker was driving down the middle of the floor when he stepped on Chris Bosh's foot. Walker rolled his ankle and was down instantly on the baseline. He left the game was ruled out for the rest of the game.

This is a potentially big blow for a Bobcats' team that is still very much in the playoff hunt. Walker is averaging 19.0 points, 5.0 assists, and 4.6 rebounds on the season. The Bobcats were 17-24 heading into the game, sitting ninth in the Eastern Conference. They're a half game behind the Brooklyn Nets for the eighth seed.
