The Magic got the kind of win Friday night that if they continue to improve towards being a playoff team, they may look back on as a turning point. Down early to the Oklahoma City Thunder, the young Magic climbed back behind great performances from Tobias Harris and Victor Oladipo.
And in a one-point game, the Magic pulled off the win in the most unexpected of ways, with the assist for the walk-off dunk.
Granted, if Harris is late on that dunk by a half-a-second, that's terrible awareness. But instead, it's a signature win for Jacque Vaughn's young and learning club. And for a team in OKC fighting for homecourt with every game, a tough one to swallow.
