During the Portland Trail Blazers' comeback victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves in which they erased an 18-point deficit, Thomas Robinson stepped up in LaMarcus Aldridge's absence. He helped slow down Kevin Love after a quick start for the All-Star power forward, but his biggest highlight of the game came in the fourth quarter when the Blazers were pulling away.
Corey Brewer came down on a fast break and looked to treat Robinson like he's Derek Fisher. He apparently didn't realize that Robinson has about eight inches taller and 40 lbs. heavier than Fisher, so it's harder to dunk on him. Brewer went up for the poster, only to have Robinson turn it into dust with one big swipe. The Blazers took the ball the other way and Will Barton finished the play with a fun alley-oop.
Robinson finished the game with a career-high 18 rebounds to go with 14 points in 33 minutes off the bench.
