VIDEO: Bulls' Jimmy Butler runs through crowd to rejoin the play

By Zach Harper | NBA writer

Flanking an opponent in battle can catch them off-guard and possibly divide their forces to give you the advantage. In the Chicago Bulls' relatively easy victory over the New York Knicks on Sunday, Jimmy Butler found a way to try this on a basketball court. After saving a ball from going out of bounds by leaping into the stands, he ran through the crowd for about 3/4 of the court before hopping over some seats to rejoin the play.

The fan in the sideline seat couldn't have been happier to spot Butler coming back into play and giving him a congratulatory pat on the back as he hopped the seat. The Bulls won 109-90 with Butler contributing 19 points, six rebounds, four assists, and three steals.
