There had to be a moment in this game that punctuated the embarrassing and historic loss the Los Angeles Clippers were giving the Los Angeles Lakers. We were all waiting for it to happen, assuming it would be some impressive poster dunk or fast break alley-oop. Then Chris Paul and Blake Griffin came through for us in the third quarter with the score already 102-56.
It wasn't the greatest dunk or alley-oop Griffin has ever completed. But it was acrobatic and powerful, completely punching home the realization that the Lakers simply couldn't do anything to keep themselves from being embarrassed Thursday night in their 48-point loss to the Clippers.
