Indiana Pacers center Andrew Bynum, who made his debut only last week after years of missed time with constant knee injuries, is out Monday night vs. Philadelphia due to swelling in his knee. (C.J. Watson also continues to miss time with a hamstring strain.)

Bynum has swelling in knee, had MRI according to Vogel. Doesn't sound like planned rest, but as Vogel said, what we signed up for.— Tom Lewis (@IndyCornrows) March 17, 2014
Maybe the MRI will be fine. Maybe he'll be OK. But it's a reminder of what Bynum is at this point. If he can give you anything, great, but you can't count on him because of his health. You can only hope he can add something as a bonus.
Bynum played well offensively in the two games he played with Indy, averaging 11 points and 9.5 rebounds in 18 minutes per game, but defensively was slow on rotations and awareness on off-ball cuts.
