A week ago, Los Angeles Lakers' big man Pau Gasol exited a game against the Orlando Magic feeling nausea and dizziness. He was diagnosed this past week with vertigo and was expected to miss the three games the Lakers played during the week. He didn't travel to Milwaukee or Minnesota during a two-game road trip. There was a chance he'd play Sunday against the Phoenix Suns but that's unlikely to happen now.
The Lakers announced that Gasol is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game. Gasol did some cardio in the morning but nothing on the court with the team during shootaround.

He played just 19 minutes in the win over the Magic last Sunday before exiting the game with those symptoms. Missing Sunday's game against the Suns would be the 14th game of the season he's sat out. The Lakers are 3-10 without Gasol in the lineup this season.
Gasol is averaging 17.5 points and 9.8 rebounds, both are team-highs, this season. He's made 48.1 percent of his shots and contributed 3.3 assists per game.
