The 2014 NBA Playoff Bracket is set with the top eight teams in the Eastern and Western Conferences qualifying to the postseason. Indiana is the top seed in the Eastern Conference and San Antonio is the Western Conference's No. 1 seed.

Each series in the NBA Playoffs is a best-of-7 series and will utilize the 2-2-1-1-1 format. This is the first year since 1984 the NBA Finals will not use a 2-3-2 format.

The Finals are scheduled to begin on June 5 at the team with the better regular-season record.
