Greivis Vasquez lint rolls Toronto deputy mayor's jersey

The city of Toronto has declared Monday "Raptors Day" and marked the occassion with an 8:30 a.m. ceremony. Since mayor Rob Ford has been stripped of most of his powers and is in rehab, deputy mayor Norm Kelly was the one to make the announcement, accompanied by Toronto Raptors point guard Greivis Vasquez and head coach Dwane Casey. The highlight, pictured above, was obviously Vasquez using a Raptors-and-OVO-branded lint roller on the deputy mayor's new jersey, Drake-style.

If you were wondering, the mascot made his way to the game the same way Casey did for Game 7 against the Brooklyn Nets last Sunday:

Despite being eliminated in the first round, Toronto's franchise-best regular season was worthy of some kind of acknowledgement. This'll do.
