Indiana Pacers guard/forward Paul George said Friday that he has been symptom free after his concussion suffered in the fourth quarter of Tuesday's Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals against Miami. However, George said he still has to clear more tests before being approved to play in the critical Game 3 on Saturday.

George's status obviously makes a huge difference for the Pacers. The Heat are currently seven-point favorites, according to several online sportsbooks. You have to wonder if that number reflects the belief that George won't be ready for Game 3. The Pacers haven't said if Rasual Butler or Evan Turner will start Game 3 if George can't go, but the answer is "it doesn't matter."

Without George, a monumental part of their offense and Indiana's best overall player, the Pacers could be in serious trouble. The Pacers officially listed George as a game-time decision for Game 3.
