The Indiana Pacers looked done early in the third quarter of Wednesday's Game 5, but things changed after putting up a whopping 11 points in the second quarter in an elimination game. They trailed the Miami Heat 50-41 about five minutes into the second half, but then went on a 16-2 run.

Late in the third, Indiana forward Paul George capped off the quarter with a huge, buzzer-beating three-pointer. The shot meant the Pacers outscored the Heat 31-15 in the quarter, and took a seven-point lead into the fourth.
