Indiana Pacers guard Lance Stephenson hit two Miami Heat players in the face in the first half of Game 6 of the Eastern Conference finals on Friday. The second time, though, it was unintentional.

Mere minutes after slapping LeBron James, Stephenson went for a loose ball and his open hand met the face of Heat guard Norris Cole. It appeared to be inadvertent, but since the contact was deemed excessive, it was ruled a flagrant foul.

Miami has firm control of the game, with a lead as large as 20 points midway through the second quarter.
