Jabari Parker told reporters on Wednesday that he thinks he'll be selected second overall by the Milwaukee Bucks in Thursday's 2014 NBA Draft:

After news of Joel Embiid's fractured foot and his subsequent surgery, it became clear that Parker and Andrew Wiggins would almost assuredly be the first two names called. The Cleveland Cavaliers, who have the top pick, are reportedly torn on who to take, with a recent report that owner Dan Gilbert wants Wiggins. Gilbert, of course, disputes that there is a divide:

Parker is from Chicago, and reportedly would prefer to stay close to home by going to Milwaukee. His recent workout in Cleveland was reportedly unimpressive, with one source telling ESPN that he thought Parker "tanked" it.

None of this means he'd have a problem going to the Cavaliers, but it does mean the Bucks should be seen as the favorites to land him. Mind you, predicting what Cleveland is going to do in the draft over the last few years has been a futile exercise.
