The Cleveland Cavaliers have finally made a decision as to who they will select with the No. 1 pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, assuming they do not trade it, according to David Aldridge of, who adds that the Philadelphia 76ers and Utah Jazz are no longer in the mix to make deals with Cleveland.

The Cavs reportedly were still discussing what to do with the pick earlier Thursday. It is believed that they will go with either Andrew Wiggins or Jabari Parker.
