ESPN reports that exiled Clippers owner Donald Sterling has filed a second lawsuit, in addition to the one contesting the sale of the team currently in court. This one is also against his wife, Shelly Sterling, and the NBA.

Sterling's lawsuit is scheduled to end on July 28. If the judge in the case has not issued a ruling by Aug. 15, the offer for the team from Steve Ballmer expires and the league intends to pursue termination of ownership proceedings against Sterling and auction the team. There's been no indication yet of what this second suit would do to the proceedings. Either way, Donald Sterling's still refusing to go quietly in this whole messy ordeal.
