Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh has an opt out into free agency for this summer, but told Dan LeBatard on Miami ESPN radio that he intends to stay with the Heat.

Bosh was asked about his upcoming opportunity to leave in free agency during an appearance on The Dan LeBatard Show this afternoon and said, “Yeah, I mean, I don’t want to go anywhere. I like it here. It’s Miami. Everybody wants to come here. Yeah.”

When asked if he would accept a below-market offer from the Heat, he answered, “If that’s what it takes.”

He also told reporters Wednesday that he's coming back to Miami.

The move is a bit surprising considering this is likely to be the last long-term, big money contract Bosh receives in his career. But he enjoys the lifestyle, and while not as close with the other two stars as LeBron James and Dwyane Wade are, he clearly understands the benefits of playing next to the two legends.

Still, it's not yet June. A lot can happen in the next month, and given the unpredictable nature of LeBron James' decision matrix, settling this matter completely may be premature.

But if we're looking at probable scenarios, it's clear that all signs point to the Heat's Triad staying together in the future.
