Boston Celtics will have sleeved St. Patrick's Day jerseys
The Boston Celtics unveiled their St. Patrick's Day jerseys that are of the sleeved variety.
We're not going to be able to get away from sleeved NBA jerseys any time soon. The NBA tells us that the sales numbers are good for them and for those who don't like the look or the feel of it (sorry, LeBron), you're going to have to get used to their existence. The Boston Celtics are joining the fun of them on St. Patrick's Day by having the sleeved jerseys you see in the video above and the picture below.
I'm not sure I like the gold-ish coloring for the collar and lettering, but I do think it's a pretty good design overall for the Celtics. I'm guessing the gold gives it that "pot of gold at the end of the rainbow" vibe that scream's St. Patty's Day.
Also, can we get more of Jerryd Bayless forcing a smile and trying to sell us stuff? That was magical.
