Cavs' Jarrett Jack (knee) out for 10 days
The Cavs are already being bit by the injury bug as guard Jarrett Jack will miss about 10 days because of a knee issue.
With about two weeks yet to go before the season even starts, the Cavaliers are being bit by the injury bug.
Guard Jarrett Jack has been diagnosed with chondromalacia in his left knee, which is a fancy way to say the cartilage on the underside of the patella is inflamed/irratated.
The team has a recovery plan in place for him and because of it, he'll miss about 10 days. That means Jack will most likely sit the Cavs' remaining preseason games, but should be available for them when they open the season Oct. 30 against the Nets.
Also, the Cavs announced Carrick Felix is out indefinitely with a sports hernia and Sergey Karasev isn't with the team currently as he attains a work visa.
